Sketchbook Sunday

Continuing sketchbook stuff...

A statue of a 2nd century Aphrodite, and some sketches on Seattle's fabulous new light rail.
The empty rectangles are my predrawn spaces for doing painting thumbnail sketches.

Lunch sketches

At Entai Beach Park in Bellevue, during an uncharacteristically hot day.

More lunch sketching at work...

I love a sketchbook.
these sketches are fabulous and there is no better way to hone your skills as an artist. Best way to learn to 'see'.
