3. I have a lot of admiration for you and others that do this painting a day thing!
4. I really like your work-- visited your website and took a look around. Strong design sense and compositions. An art director who can really paint-- what a concept!
5. Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. You were correct, Dane is the senior.
Thanks for the tag! I'l have to think hard about who to pass it on to..
Rick, HA! I KNEW it was Dane! Thanks for the kind words, and I will visit again.
I measure success by the Wooden way:
“Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.”
Not sure how I measure success in art though. As for this piece, I'm not sure that it measures up to my 'Wooden' standards...
I am a Seattle based artist who paints and sketches the world around him. I am primarily a figurative painter (please checkout my website!).
I paint everyday, and my blog showcases the small paintings I work on to sharpen my eye, loosen my brush, and to grow my skills.

Hi Jason--
1. How does one measure success in art, anyway?
2. That being said, I vote yes on this painting.
