Sunday Studio Tour

Sarah Sedwick suggested I give a little tour of my studio. There's not much there there, but what little there there is covered with crap. (with apologies to Gertrude Stein)

I think I can almost touch left and right walls with my arms outstretched.

Close up on the easel.
The still life area, with a collection of dried bread used as props for various paintings. The grey piece of paper attached to the easel is used as a 'flag'-- a device to cast shadows that I can control.

Underneath the still life station is the music, both a CD/Radio player and an Ipod docking station with speakers.

Paint and brushes station-- canvasses and different colored papers are stored below.
Turning to the other side of the studio... drying paintings and inspiration pieces. At least two of Duane Keiser's pieces are in that mix somewhere.
A little more of the left side. My sliver of view, a few more drying pieces, and silverware props. I have quite a growing collection of knives forks, and spoons...

Thanks, Jason! That looks super small! Your yard looks like a nice place to paint in the summer, though......It's so great to see your studio. It kind of looks like the inside of your head....:)

I wish that was my yard... I'd use the space to put up a studio. :)

And yes... it's very much like the inside of my head.
