I have been working on a series of paintings inspired by the transition from day to night as seen from our new house in South Whidbey Island. We've had phenomenal skies this summer (sadly mostly due to all the wild fires, I think).

I have been working on a series of paintings inspired by the transition from day to night as seen from our new house in South Whidbey Island. We've had phenomenal skies this summer (sadly mostly due to all the wild fires, I think).
This show features some large (for me) work. This first piece is 30 x 40... a size I've rarely worked at for quite a while. You'll also see some smaller pieces post over the next couple of weeks.
