I first had the dish at Tid Bit Bistro here in Seattle, which I cannot recommend enough... yum.

I spent some time looking at some of Nimit Malavia's sketchbook work, which reminiscent of James Jean's work. I thought I'd see if I could work some color into my own books. The pencils I got aren't the greatest for drawing with, but I muddle through.
