The oil is an amazing 10 year old Aceto Balsamico di Modena"Palla" from the La Buona Tavola ( the Truffle Cafe) in Pike Place Market. Mary Jo and I went there on a savory tour of the market last month and we've since made it a regular stop for truffle supplies...
