Road to Ear Mountain (sold)

Road to Ear Mountain oil on canvas, 9" X 24", 2011
sold

One of the most famous landmarks around Choteau is Ear Mountain, in the center of this image. Doesn't look much like an ear though, does it?

the paintings are lovely but the umbrella attached to the tailgate is the center of interest for me. There can't be enough great ways to make painting outdoors comfortable!

Thank you Mary-- it's a great plein air umbrella that attaches super securely. It can get mighty windy out there on the plains!
